*The LightningFire Music Project Biography*

 

     Being the drummer in more than 30 bands in my life, 3 serious ones lasting more than 4 years, all the music we played, wrote and recorded was always perfect when the final mix was done, pretty much like every band has done since music began, but all of the music I helped create with all those bands...nothing ever came from it. After 30 years of professional drumming, everything changed with my accident. I lost 70% use of my right arm and could no longer be the master monster drummer I was, so I retired. After a lot of thinking and drinking and 8 years went by, I discovered I could make music again with digital technology and after mastering the craft of songwriting and recording and self prodigy teaching of myself to play guitar and sing, I got an idea...I decided that this round, since this is my solo project, I'm playing and recording everything and doing the entire production process myself, I made a choice to produce my music wanting to purposely make it myself. Yes, a solo project, doing all the music, all the recording and writing and composing, then mixing and engineering, mastering and producing. Now that I've been making my own music and doing everything with just one arm and hand and only 40% of my other hand, many people have said "They love My Music" and that's so cool, and it's just what I've heard and read from many people listening and then commenting on my music when I share it on a few music websites. But, then they say what they believe is wrong with it, and that's exactly what I want to hear...people talking, and it doesn't matter what they say, as long as they're saying something. That's when I will explain why it's like it is and that's it. That's why I'm creating exactly my own music. That is my brand within the metal genre, Heavy Power Thrash Metal.

       For instance to put you in my shoes, here is a perspective, "Take a diamond, such a beautiful stone with great brilliance and is cut and is perfect in every way. It's worth a lot of money. Now take a diamond that has a very slight imperfection, it makes it even more valuable and worth a lot more money, and that's because of the imperfection that makes it unique". So now you can see and understand my style and my reason to create the music you hear that is my very own. I'm different because I have a very slight imperfection, and that's exactly the way I want it. I have succeeded in creating 5 full albums of music and I'm now done with my 5th album. Nothing stops me because I have an extreme itch when it comes to creating something from nothing. I live for my music and one day hopefully my music will live for me, and you never know, maybe it will live forever.
